可能入住的是特价房吧，设施太老旧了，不过房间足够大，挑高也足够高。总之就是20面前国营疗养院的风格。早点非常不错！

是老疗养院，设施有点旧，但是非常干净，附近幽静环境好，离海滩也近，房间还有个大阳台，可以晒衣服也可以坐着看风景，自己很喜欢。

性价比高，关键是院内和周边环境优美安静，前台主动把房间升级到三楼，很满意。由于楼房年代较久，虽然房间设施有些陈旧，但是胜在齐备，不影响使用。到北戴河，这里是个不错的选择。
