该酒店地处市中心，距离秦皇岛火车站约15分钟左右车程。这是一家4星级酒店，房间宽敞明亮，酒店设备齐全，各种床上和洗浴用品干净卫生，入住当晚送两个苹果，第二天早上有免费的早餐，早餐品种丰富，前台和餐厅服务员服务态度好，以后再到秦皇岛还住此家。

房间卫生一般明显灰尘感，周边环境尚可，服务态度比较差好像你欠他钱似的，房内送的苹果都坏了，把送的矿泉水放置不明显位置，把收钱的矿泉水放置水壶旁边让你上当，自助早餐太差了不是一般的差品种单一数量少质量差档次低，房内空调不能自己调节，空调噪音太大，电梯上人都有点晃荡乘电梯有点小担心。

酒店位于市中心，出行方便，附近有人民广场、离公园也不远，方便喜欢锻炼的客人。自助早餐品种还比较丰富，能满足需要，餐厅服务人员态度比较好，目前旅游淡季，与相同城市比价格好稍高了点。如果要在附近办事还是可以选择住这家，人民广场附近小吃店也较多，便于自行选择。
