是公寓，里面也有住户，房间超级大，就在海边，套房能看到海，价格还算合适，如果主卧里再有个电视就好了，干净度还有提高得空间！

对于景区来说环境不错，房间🈶无线，卫生状况一般吧，楼下吃饭我们两口子平均100上下，跟天津差不多，因为现在还不是旺季所以感觉还可以接受~

酒店应该是承包的，服务，卫生都不到位，全家晚7点到，前台无人，只留了一个客房的人值班，问什么什么也不知道，餐厅也不开，早餐的地方像是私人承包的，卫生条件太差，唯一的好处是占了大海的光，景色还好

十一期间去的 没多少人，酒店挺好找的，小区里面停车很方便，定的情侣大床房，房间真的挺大的，从阳台能直接看到海，洗漱用品都有，还有冰箱挺不错的，唯一的不足就是洗手台出的热水不是很稳定，水流很小，洗澡没问题

＋该酒店根本不是酒店，是一个商品房改装而成的下脚之地*相关人员根本无酒店管理经验*房间内许多灯不亮，电话无法打，热水只有早上和晚上有*更糟的是吃早餐时有许多苍蝇和蜘蛛为伴*这样的环境与420元的房费实在不相称！
