学校宿舍改建的，比较复古，电视也是老式的。窗户还是最老的木质窗，窗纱也坏了。不过位置很赞，过一条马路就是潜水滩，也安静，早餐特别好，性价比还是可以的。

房间一大一小两张床，设施老旧，雨季潮湿，洗澡水不错，服务不错，工作人员都很热情，入住退房办理手续都很快，距离海边特别近，在浅水湾。
