订房前后都给酒店打电话确定要公主房，孩子就奔着公主房间去的。结果到店给了别的房间，说是店里人员备注错了。要么住错的，要么全额退款。问题是，那如果我不入住，说订错日期了，酒店是否可以不收一晚房费呢？而且我们已经到那了，退了酒店，临时去找宾馆，住哪呢？这就是所谓的店大欺客吧，爱住不住。酒店位置确实好，但房间设施比较陈旧，隔音非常不好。离店时如果给好评，送小孩玩具。而大多数孩子都要玩具，结果就是好评如潮。不会再住。
