酒店位置很好，无敌海景，还有个露天游泳池，孩子特别喜欢。不过这样的四星酒店，观海餐厅居然满屋飞苍蝇，苍蝇多到无法进餐，必须一边吃饭一边赶苍蝇。自主早餐也是噩梦，苍蝇都落到盘子上了。厕所更是严重，一点不夸张。餐厅服务员无精打采超闲，服务很差。在酒店还碰到两次意外：一次坐电梯里和老公孩子，电梯突然停电，我们被困在里面！老公硬掰开门我们才逃出，女儿当时刚游泳回来，很冷穿着游泳衣。
第二个事故觉得酒店必须引起重视！遮阳打伞居然在一阵风过后重重砸到躺在沙滩椅上的女儿，她只有5岁！很幸运大铁杆被椅把手挡了一下，否则后果不堪设想！这种劣质晒伞还是酒店新采购的，实在太危险了！我做实验，用手轻轻推，伞基座已经离开了地面！
总之，位置很好，但服务，卫生，安全性有待改善。
