在2019年10月6日一个普天同庆的国家生日期间遇到这种恶心的酒店真是令人作呕，我在当天中午三点多临近四点订了这家酒店两个房间合计400多块钱将近五百后面五点多因为个人原因去不了了，也就是住不了后来我找了客服申请退款客服说酒店说不给退让我联系酒店看能不能退要我提供同意人姓名然后我打过去酒店他们说我在什么平台上订的要我找平台然后让平台找他们我就呵呵了还有这样子互相推卸责任的然后还说他们前台没权限同意我退款给了我一个私人号码说是跟网站对接的负责人然后我打过去表示了自己的问题实实在在是去不了了那个人不但不同意还一直那条款说事什么不退不该我从预定到找你们大概也就一个小时时间这都不能退那我们消费者还有什么保障？而且此人不断的推卸责任给艺龙说我应该找他们说他只是供货的艺龙是卖菜的是艺龙收了我钱不是他们我想说难道我定了你们的酒店没去住艺龙就不用给你们钱吗？为什么要这么恶心人大国庆的问他姓什么给我来一句我姓什么不重要然后一个劲的说这个单不可能退的了，我已经全程录音向消协投诉了，大家订这家破酒店的时候注意点一定要确认好自己的行程，最后祝大家国庆快乐，也希望你们不要重蹈覆辙，这么没有责任心没有良心的酒店。

在酒店房间可以观日出，离碧螺塔，鸽子窝公园很近，服务热情周到，只是酒店的隔音不太好。

定的家庭房，天气不错，5:57左右看的日出，日出很美，秦皇岛唯一建在礁石上的酒店，酒店里的听涛观海很休闲，酒店外边沙滩贝壳很多。旁边步行50米就是免费沙滩，孩子玩的不亦乐乎！还有游船。
