五点四十进入酒店，被告之房间没有打扫干净，前台一点歉意都没有，一句满房就直接把我们晾一边等待，房间的卫生打扫的非常马虎，地上还有烟头，看我们连续入住，直接就是收个垃圾走人，我第一次遇到这么差的酒店，令人难以想象。
