多次入住首旅京伦中最差的一次体验。由于酒店承接了好几个年会，导致预订的海景房没有房间了，我致电前台核对房间信息，前台一个女的不耐烦说肯定能入住，没房间给你升级房型。好，到了酒店给升级了所谓的套房，1688房间。结果房间卧室取暖靠电暖气、主灯需要起身到门口关、卫生间马桶盖上方顶棚漏水，马桶盖一摸一手水、淋浴喷头出水三秒钟停水一分钟，终于出水是冰凉的、晚上十二点楼道乱糟糟、早晨不到八点又被正头顶的装修凿地声吵醒，给前台投诉，一女的笑着说装修都是八点开始。我真是无语，如果首旅京伦没有承接能力，就不要挂在网上让我们预订；如果房间不具备入住条件。就别拿出来抹自己的黑、如果暑期过去需要冬季修缮，就提前告知住客安排时间。这是我住过酒店最差的体验，没有其一，本来看首旅京伦的宴会厅比较新，还动心思婚宴是否安排在这儿，经过这次惊心动魄，我真的完全不犹豫的放弃了。以前把首旅京伦放在和秦皇国际、香格里拉并排的位置，经过这一次，我发现我真的错了。首旅京伦走在下坡路上。
