2016年7月18-19-20日，在东经路宾馆12号楼住宿三天。
这是我们第二次入住酒店的12号楼。今年与去年比较，感觉宾馆的设施有了一些局部的改进，譬如，有的卫生间马桶是更新过的。宾馆的整体卫生环境也更加干净整洁，只要地面上出现了烟头和纸屑都会有人马上清理。今年的宾馆换了新经理和新的服务员，对客户热情接待，耐心细致解释各种问题。这一切，让我们感到很亲切很舒适。12号楼自己的餐厅价位适中，很方便。
总体评价，12号楼很亲民，很适合短期休假。
一点建议，卫生间如果能够安装一个洗澡的浴帘就更好啦。

位置非常好，穿过交通部疗养院就是海，如果住的离老虎石太近，公园收费人多，旁边外交人员疗养院私家沙滩封闭，其实走到沙滩比东经路还远，还闹；金台那边呢，有一块部队的专用沙滩，现在不封闭，估计旺季会封闭，因此东经路其实走到沙滩比附近别的离海近的酒店还近。而且很静，很有度假的感觉。设施说得过去吧，床和被子不错，细节就别纠缠了，在北戴河同比肯定算好的，别和海南那些大牌比。
