非常棒的一个酒店，工作人员态度和蔼热情，尤其是前台小姐处处为客人着想，不厌其烦的解答各种问题，敬业精神非常好。另外，停车场比较大，保安人员责任心强工作认真负责。总之这是一家性价比比较高的酒店。

国庆第二天带全家来山海关旅游选择的这里，没让我失望，这个酒店在山海关地区应该是条件最好的了，完全可以达到准四星水平，设施新，房间大，服务好，酒店离山海关景点特别近，步行几分钟即可到达，强烈推荐给每一个后来者。另外也要特别感谢前台两位美女的贴心服务，耐心告诉我们如何去景点，看我们带孩子还给免费升级了家庭间，点赞！

通过网络订房，显示的大床是1.8*2.0米的床，结果到店告知只有1.5米的床，带孩子这床太小了，大床房卫生间很小，可取之处就是卫生干净，不喜欢酒店的毛巾太硬了
