酒店是老牌的四星酒店，相信在90年代应该是不错的酒店，但到现在装修就不说了，市内的卫生应该好好处理下，特别是地毯，好脏的。在19楼住的，还有蚊子，打了半宿。唯一优点工作人员服务态度像是四星水准。

四星级的酒店，应该是年头比较久了，设施有些陈旧，不过住宿还是比较舒服的，房间里很干净，不错。

离市中心较近，周边商业区多。虽是老酒店，但服务不错，房间还挺干净，价格也优惠，挺适合我们这样常年去秦皇岛出差的人。

酒店总体来说不错，但是服务质量和责任心有待加强。在同程订房后定的是三间大床房。到点后竟然没有，结果无奈入住同等价位的标间。入住后中央空调还不开，只能开窗睡楼下跑的全是货车，结果可想而知一夜未睡。第二天早早退房。
