这家是酒店式公寓，有家的感觉，服务员很热情，提出问题都会认真回答，酒店位置挺好的，感觉应该算是中心地段了吧，旁边有大排档海鲜烧烤什么的，吃饭非常方便，而且房间里卫生很干净，住酒店嘛主要就是看卫生，不过这家的卫生属实非常满意，房间也很大，下次还会住这里

第一次选择住临海听涛 一推开门真实感觉像家一样 我们定的豪华海景套房 正是赶上十一假期后期去 没什么人 酒店的有线电视能看好多台 还是数字的机顶盒 还有适合孩子看的 学习语文数学英语的动画片 无线网也很给力 我比较事儿 就是去那住都得看看洗手间是不是干净没味道 不过还好临海的洗手间还比较满意 好多酒店洗手间装修的黑漆漆的 黑地砖 黑墙砖 上厕所都憋屈～总体感觉还不错 就是离海边有一段距离 没有金海岸近～ 但是还是喜欢临海听涛 相比之下干净的多!

阳台没有锁大门也只有一道锁没有铁链锁两个女生住的有点害怕乘坐电梯时有点摇晃晚上附近没有路灯亮

酒店环境，卫生，服务都非常不错，就是有两点建议，一是房间里没有一次性拖鞋…塑料拖鞋看着真心不干净，二是吹风机是需要交押金使用的…
