其实就是把公寓租下来做的酒店，员工宿舍一样，基本没有进一步装修，性价比一般，这个价格住如家等快捷酒店更好，态度倒是可以，但是总体服务质量体验一般

体验一般吧，其实就是装修挺简单，家具看着还可以，卫生一般般吧，说不上多好！这个价格住如家或者7天之类的可能会更好点。电梯少，人太多，时间长。

地理位置很好，去海边走路15分钟，开车3分钟。三居面积很大，窗户很大很大，景观阳台，价格还算合适。屋内没有提供冰箱、电磁炉、蚊香片、浴帽，请旅客注意，服务台会提供冷藏服务。需要酒店非常重视的问题，第一个是厕所没有排风，排风设备只是摆设，夜晚和中午下水道反上来的恶臭味非常大，往屋内飘，即使关门也臭，夜里会臭醒，至少2201屋有这个问题，希望安装大功率排风扇。第二个问题是大厦电梯没有排风和空调，非常热憋，如果是电梯突然停了，人们会很快窒息憋死，希望商家可以改进。
