公寓房间总体来说还行。就是第一没有床头灯晚上起夜不方便，第二只有洗手间有镜子，没有穿衣镜，而且有一堵墙发霉了，厕所有点反味儿，可是离海很近走几分钟就到海边了，但是周边的东西很贵，一瓶农夫山泉要4元。

酒店设施陈旧，屋里气味不好闻，床上用品也有很大的气味，应该是用太久没更换，带孩子去的要注意了，隔音比较差，住的人多，楼道里的声音屋子里面都能听到。

不错，房间住着很舒服，可以看见海，条件也不错，就是房间的隔音效果不是很理想，楼道说话，屋内听得见。

优点：停车方便免费；附近吃饭还算方便，步行400多米有一家“乡间柴火”很火；距离海底世界和海豚馆步行六七百米；距离海边有点距离，步行10分钟；性价比高，就是冲着便宜去的；每房间一个wifi，网速很好；
不足：床头附近的电源插座都被床头柜挡着，需搬开，没有提醒；卫生条件不太好，713房间搬开床头柜找电源的时候会发现好几个烟头、废饮料瓶等脏物没有打扫；没有一次性拖鞋，只有塑料拖鞋；所谓海景房也只能是侧面隐约看到一点海；公寓附近环境一般，窗下就是一堆瓦砾垃圾；前台服务人员业务不熟练；停车需要在卡片上盖章，手续繁琐；地下停车场要徒步走到一层大厅才能再坐电梯到房间，徒步楼层虽说只有一层，但需要走4截台阶，相当于上三楼；地下停车场A座停车区有弹性拦阻器，不知道的会以为不让进，没人提示，结果在地下转了好多圈都是私家车位，特麻烦；公寓附近有铁路通过，经常有火车轰鸣声；公寓走廊人多嘈杂，影响睡眠；房间隔音不好，隔壁说话声音清楚；
