每年都会带孩子来秦皇岛玩都住在这里，但明显感觉房子内设施一年不如一年，许多设施都得大修或更换了。

环境跟介绍的一样，图片就是实景！就是晚上略有反味儿，沙发有点破破，但是整体比一般连锁好的多，打扫卫生的姐姐特别好，很热情。二分钟能到海边很方便。院里停车10元，地下车库20，如果办的院里停车没车位你停到地下车库也就是10元不会让你补费的，地下的潮湿我是停在院里的。

整体感觉很舒服，房间干净卫生，服务态度很棒，海景房真的可以看见海，楼顶还有一个大露台可以观夜景晾衣服，离海边也不远。
