房屋干净卫生，采光通风都特别好。房屋设施也很完善。对于我这种带孩子，又要求相对高一些的人，都能完全满足。仅临浅水湾，刘庄，周边还有早市，超级方便！房东人很好，提出的要求都能用心解决。服务周到，特别NICE！已经是第二次来了，有回家的感觉。还会再来！

房间真的是好的没话说，收拾的特别的干净，房东小伙也特别的热情，大热天的帮我们排队，带着我们登记，还帮我们把行李拿到楼上，小区适合自驾游，但是打滴滴也很方便，到楼下接，下次就认准这家了！

感觉很惊喜，房间英伦风格，孩子超喜欢。第一次入住这样的公寓，感觉比酒店好很多，干净整洁，比较新，期待一次完美的旅行。

携程的位置不准，导航直接搜赤土山新村，就好了，这边去鸽子窝和动物园都挺方便的，房东人也还不错，小区太大，他开车给我们送出来的嘿嘿，适合家庭游，下次来还住这里干净
