非常不错的一次体验，俩妈带俩娃，住的豪华阁，全天软饮小点，下午还有自助简餐，连晚餐都省了，非常不错。服务很到位，孩子专用的洗漱用品护肤品拖鞋小浴袍都可以提供，品质也还可以。一楼的康体游泳水很干净，小朋友玩的很开心，周边外卖也很方便，后花园就是海边，阳台可以看海，以后来秦皇岛就住这里了。早餐还没用，回头追评！

香格里拉，地段和服务无可挑剔，水电设施很好用，但是有两点小建议，一是房间和阳台中间有个小台阶，虽然不高但是夜间容易走空，二是太妃椅的织物上尚有之前客人的毛发，很影响心情。以上两点建议改进。
