非常棒的入住体验，我喜欢全国的香格里拉酒店，可谓情有独钟，特别喜欢秦皇岛香格里拉，我们住17楼，本楼层服务人员李二牛认真仔细，非常贴心，特别提出表扬！还有餐厅的服务人员，那素质，杠杠的！有一点感觉不太好的，就是三楼玩具屋的服务生，可能是实习生，那态度始终有点欠。 总之，不愧是五星，餐饮和、卫生、位置非常棒！完美！感谢此行为我们服务的香格里拉全体人员。

地理位置好，沙滩沙子细而且干净，设施好，小孩有充气堡，可以喂兔子，有一个很小的儿童乐园。硬件高大上但是服务跟不上，前一天定第二天早餐的客房送餐 居然给忘了！不过态度还不错，打电话催之后送来一些面包酸奶弥补。中餐厅好吃不贵，自助餐也算实惠。
