相比一些农家院这个算是不错的了，几层小楼，每个房间都有个小阳台可以出去，屋里设施就比较老了，最郁闷的是两个人的房间，毛巾只有两条，而且很薄。建议开车的朋友可以前往，没开车的就不是很方便了。

酒店的位置介于北戴河和秦皇岛市区之间，距离浅水湾海滨浴场较近。酒店周边有林海度假村，北戴河国际俱乐部，北京市教育考试院疗养院等宾馆疗养院。相对来说，比刘庄啊，老虎石啊多了一分宁静，少了一分喧嚣。如果是和家人以度假为目的，并且是自驾去的还是不错的，但是如果是喜欢热闹的，则不推荐了。酒店的设施比较老旧，房间的卫生也稍差，套间在顶楼，没有电梯，这一点就很不方便。因为我们只住一晚，凑合凑合也就没那么多要求了。

近海滨大道但是晚上却没有亮着的路灯，所以觉得有些偏僻；酒店的wifi只有大厅信号好，房间根本没有信号；设施也比较差，比如电视机还是大脑袋的那种淘汰型，总体上觉得性价比低，下次一定要换个地方住。

位置比较僻静，是个适合休息的好地方。出门300米左右就是主路，再过主路就是海边，据野生动物园不远。特别适合度假（不是急匆匆的旅游哦）。设施还凑合吧，无线网络的覆盖面太窄，电源插座太少，建议改进。如果不强烈依赖wifi的话，建议入住。

绝对安静，还算干净吧。 适合单纯的睡觉。
有缺点： 配送的牙膏要从后撕开，没有帽。电视节目少。
