酒店宽敞明亮，床舒服，设施不错，而且无广告纸，一直都订这家，唯一不好的就是卫生间气味大，可以改善一下这个方面就很不错了

环境一般就算了，服务态度真的很差！酒店东西都是坏的也不及时修。。12点钟退房的酒店还是第一次听说！超时13：30要加收20块。。真的是醉了，又不提前口头说清楚，开个单谁去注意看啊。。12：40前天才打电话说一点之前退房。20分钟能飞下去吗？！最差的一次酒店住宿。没有之一！以后大家别去地方性的酒店了。。还是全国连锁的好！

住这么多次酒店。威尼斯丁酒店真是奇葩了！定了一个标准单人间，一个豪华单人间服务员竟然跟我说都是一样的房间，也懒得理了。浴室水龙头也是坏的，没听说过12点之前退房的！入住的时候又不口头说清楚，一点半退房说要加收费用。。服务态度恶劣！以后大家都不要入住这种酒店了。服务太差了！还是连锁的酒店好！

前台服务一点不好，没有房可以好好说一下吗，为什么要这样那么坚硬语气，2018年，4月20日，，
用会员预定好的房间，去到前台说没有房，现场用他们酒店公众号当着他们面预定也说没有，没有就没有，但是能不能好好说话，给我来一句没有就是没有，预定再多也没有，语气很坚硬，还是老顾客老会员，我只是想不明白，欠你什么了这样口气说话，在大街上怎么说无所谓，但你在上班不应该有一个上班的态度吗，最基本服务没有做好……4月20日上班那个晚上七点多钟的前台美女我没欠你什么吧，
