酒店房间大，设施新且全。从前台到餐厅和客房服务态度好动作快。早餐品种丰富卫生。位于市里一个新的商业中心，吃饭停车购物方便。（去年住的钦州市老城中心，停车没那么方便。）退房从商场地下车库出来时有个小插曲：车库安的ETCP自动收费系统，当我递酒店免费停车票给保安时被系统自动扣费30元（因我手机在家时安装有这个自动扣停车费系统）我回大堂找酒店前台，尽管他们第一次遇到这个情况，但与公司沟通后3分钟解决问题，退了我30元停车费。非常好的酒店，真心向大家推荐。

不能加床，酒店位置好，在新区，但是什么都很方便，早餐不错，是当地最好的酒店了，酒店在一个城市综合体里面，吃的玩的都很方便
