  多次过来，这次非常不满意。 带爸妈特意来泡温泉，入住时并未告知温泉不能使用。 晚上想泡温泉是询问才告知，说七月份水管坏所以不能泡。 如果早告知，我肯定有其他选择。你这个是温泉酒店耶，要是没温泉的酒店我有很多选择。最后第二天去的兴隆中奥戴斯泡的温泉。 自助早餐还行，不过好像没去年的品种多。

  温泉和泳池还可以，不是挺大，房间很有特色，唯一美中不足的是房间里的温泉是要刷卡的，而且还限定时间，挺不方便的

  硬件设施很好，紧临北仍村，步行就能到，但是，这么好的条件，管理差的没法说，房间里没有浴液洗发水，卫生间没打扫干净，室内泡池开关居然是坏的，发电话到前台居然打问我会开吗，你以为顾客都跟你一样蠢吗，最不能忍受的是床单是脏的，看着贼恶心。本来冲着温泉去的，楼下泡池居然只有三个，人多很脏，非常不愉快的一次住宿

  为了泡温泉去的，没想到酒店非常好，很有特点，餐厅位置也漂亮，就是温泉一天只能放一次，有点美中不足

  御泉庄酒店是两年前去琼海无意中遇见的，因此而结缘！就特别喜欢它的房间、它的情调、它的邻居——北仍村。酒店有着热带雨林的风格、床和家具都是古船??木改造的，可见建筑者和设计者的用心。因为喜欢，就会每次来三亚，都会来这里故地重游！因为有缘，更希望经营者好好维修设施，更好的服务！
