酒店在装修，路况不好，很难找，晚上一点到达，找大堂就找了半个小时，最后是礼宾来找我。服务态度很好。订的是2米大床，入住是1.8米的！设施有些陈旧，性价比不高。早餐一般，水果沙拉的水果不新鲜。

为了泡东屿岛温泉入住，酒店旁边在施工，出行不太方便。房间面积大挺豪华，但设施有些陈旧，早上洗澡水不热，性价比一般。

酒店安全性极好，早上自助餐绝对五星级，入住后成人价格：泡温泉50元，会址50元，会址+玉带滩往返船票88元。中午和晚上铁板烧自助餐成人168，孩子半价，很丰盛，现做现吃，味道好。岛上在修至博鳌镇隧道，有大车和渣土，毛毛雨，路湿滑，没在岛上骑行。温泉种类水温多样，环境好，干净，免费红茶不错，有会议包房，客人可能都在开会，也可能因为当天降温，人很少。总体来说，吃得好，下雨降温玩得不尽性，房间洗手盆附近捏死二十多只小蚂蚁。

酒店环境非常优美，三江汇流处，面对大海玉带湾。人少清静，高尔夫球场看起来一流但没有体验。有海水温泉，普通房间虽不含但优惠到50元一位。餐厅自助餐128元一位很棒，房间宽敞，布局合理，隔声不错。阳光宽阔，可把小桌外移，喝茶咖啡都是不错的。
