这个酒店是碧桂园开发的项目的一部分，物业管理也是碧桂园，确实不错。小区环境很好，有泳池、绿道、小超市，有不少老人在此当候鸟。吃饭即可以在一期的业主食堂吃30元的套餐，也可去二期的酒店餐厅，大约每人90元左右，比大排档环境好太多。房间设施中规中矩，有冰箱电磁炉，可做饭。需注意的是房型实际是一室一厅，一个卧室是厅改建的，如果是两家人一起住，还是有些不便。特别赞一下公寓老板，是两个北京小伙子，热情友善，不仅提示了很多生活信息，还额外送了早餐券给我们，让老人即意外又感动。

老板的热情抵消不了酒店的卫生和硬件的不足，完全就是个住宅公寓里的几个酒店式房间，提供的一次性用品很廉价，其他用具也很老旧，厨房的橱柜台面好油好脏。希望在热情的同时提高其他方面的水平！

小区内环境特别好，可以不用去外边玩了，楼下泳池有儿童戏水区，孩子特别喜欢，房间设施比较简单，不过能看到远处海天相接特别壮观，唯一不好是离市区远，出了小区就不方便了，琼海的出租车不打表，从火车站过来要加倍收80，有点贵！

酒店房内很干净，酒店院内环境优美，可去院内海边沙滩游玩，沙干净白细，房间阳台直接观海。金姓老板人很热情很周到。下次来愽鳌还选择住这里
