入住前一天已经通知前台第二天下午3:30去接站，结果我到了无人联系我，还是我主动打电话过去才派司机来接，足足让我在车站等了20分钟左右。房间烧水壶里有别人泡的茶叶，没有洗干净，叫前台换了1个，态度还行；座机“0”号键坏了，打不了电话，叫前台处理，前台客服态度很差，语气很不耐烦，所以给差评。另外晚上挺吵的，老是听到车子喇叭声。二楼餐厅价格偏贵，但服务员态度很好。

因为是网上订的价格便宜，服务员态度差。热水不好控制，还会洗着洗着就突然变热，而且打电话问前台借个手机充电器居然告诉我被客人借完了，我就服气了，别家都是标配啊直接放在抽屉里！更可怕的是马桶旁边还有个30*30cm大的开口，里面有一些电线什么的，当时上着厕所突然就听见动静，像有人偷偷摸摸在里面推那门一样，吓得我不行。也就送了一个早餐还行，300多的套房我网上订也要200多，至于给这样的态度么？差评！
