我在外出差，旅游等去过很多地方，应该说没有见过这么差的酒店：该店有代客洗衣服务，我七月四托该店洗一件短袖衬衫，弟二天下午服务员交还给我，我也不看随手将衬衫放在箱子里，今天下午我拿出穿时才发现衬衫根本就没有洗过，后来找到总台，总台说与他们无关，找服务员说又是她经手也不知道，总之他们都是在踢皮球…令人十分生气！
