酒店环境很美，房间很大，但设计不合理，洗手台单独设在房间内，并且和床铺挨在一起，所有的洗浴用品都放在洗手台上的盒子里，很不方便。

环境很好，很舒服，真的适合度假，钓鱼比较好玩，还有划船，乒乓球，麻将等，娱乐项目挺多，下次还得来。强烈推荐！

房间高、大，宽敞，双标房床宽都是1.5米，非常舒服。屋外的观音湖很美，可以划船，水上高尔夫，钓鱼。晚上还有 篝火、竹竿舞看，菜味道很好，价格也不贵，唯一遗憾的是节假日客人多了上菜慢。

非常好的酒店，环境一流，4星以上装修，床和被子超舒服，硬件很好。早餐餐厅虽然收费，但味道超好，而且服务也很好，非常便宜实惠。
其它：建议服务员素质需要提高，大堂前台和楼道里的对讲机对话声音很大，完全不在意顾客的感受。厕所与淋雨区建议玻璃分开，洗澡会把地面搞湿，容易滑倒。

这是很大的一家度假村，围绕这一个云湖而建，有中西餐厅，我定的是麻将房，虽然看不到湖，但房间很大，有自动麻将桌（收费20）。值得推荐的是他们的简餐餐厅，环境很好，在湖边，菜和简餐，早餐的味道和份量都很好，价格也不高。经过休闲一下还是不错了
