餐饮人员服务特别的周到，提前预订的铁锅炖，在来景区之前，餐厅经理亲自安排人员，打电话确认订的菜品，是否有变更，有什么需求都及时解决。用餐当天也及时确认，提前根据顾客要求准备。实话实说，根据家人朋友反馈，铁锅炖味道很好吃，但是与2020年的铁锅炖的味道相比，口味降低了1个档次。之前铁锅炖做的比刘罗锅铁锅炖好吃，这次口感大不如前，不知道是什么原因？可能是开年第一次开张准备，有些生疏，希望下次再来口感会更好！因为服务人员非常热情，非常到位，所以本次五星好评
