老式的装修，落后的服务，酒店还是那种老的国营企业作风：慢吞死板的服务，对待宾客就是那种你爱住不住，早餐你爱吃不吃那种态度。下次是绝对不会再住。

齐齐哈尔白云大厦是当地的一个老三星宾馆，条件一般，价格不贵，一百来块钱，带早餐，适合出差的业务人员。

纯粹的、设施最烂、服务最差的酒店。
入住后打开门，门把手自己掉了，要换房间的时候服务员让我们出去等着，不能在原房间等着，态度极为恶劣，连陌生人之间的基本礼貌都没有，更别提服务行业应有的素质了。
换了房间之后发现几个极其恶劣的情况：
1. 房间里充满了极其难闻的味道，怀疑是地毯太脏，还有洗澡间的下水道泛出来的臭味。
2. 毛巾有一半上面布满了暗黄色的大斑点。
3. 房间里有明显可见的毛发，甚至还能看到爬动的黑虫子。
一个小时后要求退房，在几乎没有使用任何物品的情况下付了整晚的房费。不过也不管了，这样的酒店打死也不想再待一秒钟了。
永远不会再入住这家酒店！！！

酒店比较旧了,我住的房间卫生间顶上掉了大块的墙皮,枕套也有些泛黄,早餐没有什么可吃的,总体来说太一般了.应该不会再考虑入住.
