房间比较老旧，好几个灯不亮，卫生间淋浴门坏了，白毛巾很旧发黑，信用卡不可用，服务员说无预授权。

挂四星有点夸张了，而且早餐太差了，赶上锅炉坏了，没热水，还好暖气还可以。服务也有待改进，拿个插座得打好几遍电话，而且服务员好像都没精打采的，是不是赶上生意冷清的时候就这样，否则的话就不行咯。
