房卡打不开门，每次回来都得找客房服务帮忙开门；办理退房手续太慢，前台只有一个电脑能够办理业务。除了酒店环境和卫生还不错，其他的让我没有想下次入住的想法。

开了两个房间。入住酒店的时候没有仔细检查！（住过不下100家酒店了，从来也没遇到过这类事件）结果退房的时候说门损坏了。我们要求调查监控录像，吧台服务员让我们等待，也不给个具体等待的时间。我们到是可以等，但火车不能等我们。原价1888的门要求我们赔偿300修补费！最后赔了200元。钱到是没多少，关键是冤枉！本来是安排外地来投资的客户，这给人家造成什么印象。以后大家住这个宾馆时，每样设备都好好检查检查吧！
