酒店服务员态度不好！在齐齐哈尔三线城市，298一晚的高级大床房，算很贵了，消费者花这个钱，就是希望得到好的居住与服务。去前台问服务员开发票和开酒店房间流水单时，（12月9号晚上值班的）前台语气很不好，说没有发票（找携程开、因为是在携程先在线预付了 这个发票能接受） 还语气很不好的不给打印酒店流水单，说让我去找携程客服、跟携程客服说让客服给酒店打电话说明情况 才给打印流水单。我就醉了 顾客不是上帝吗？酒店的服务应该是 前台根据订单 前台为顾客 自己主动去跟携程打电话沟通啊 怎么能让顾客自己去找携程客服？？？298元一晚的酒店服务真是白瞎了 语气还很不好！！
