走廊的灯是感应的，人不到不亮，人到了也不咋亮，胆小点的都不敢走，毛巾浴巾又黑又破，看着就不想用，打开热水，水是黄色的，全是水垢，一觉起来脸没洗牙没刷直接走人！

不给开发票。对待团购的不给好脸色。
希望艺龙也要，核查自己的客户。这样的就不要在挂了。
同样消费者，对待不一样。
艺龙团购也没提示不给团购客户开发票。

最糟糕的入住体验！！！酒店规模还行，设施陈旧，房门缝隙很大。有两只很可爱的猫，一只加菲，一只折耳。最要命的是半夜隔壁几个醉鬼开着门喝酒，大声喧哗，持续到凌晨两点。我一个女生敢怒不敢言，想打给前台投诉发现房间里貌似没有电话。第二天早上听见那几个人退房喊服务员王姐什么的，才知道原来是他们宾馆内部认识的人。太没有素质了，酒店管理水平太差怪不得这么冷清。退房时跟前台反映，前台的中年女人一张冰山脸说她什么都不知道。气死了！强烈不推荐入住！
