非常差，很不满意！接待员态度差，卫生也不行！提前一天预定的，到了当天1点多到，结果一直说没房，让我们一直等到下午快5点，而且还是客服介入了，没几分钟就有房了，而我们问，一直说没有！气人！请大家看图，不想说了，他们的态度爱理不理的
