酒店服务真的不是一般的差，中间房间发生断电情况，打电话到前台，前台说可能是房卡问题，我让她安排人送卡上来，她借口沒人要求我送卡下去；下去一看二人一直在那聊天。换卡了还是不行之后叫来电工修不了，要换房。电话沟通要求我一定要送卡下去，才给我另一房间的卡，还挂我电话，真是无语。
