  设施：酒店10分周到，为出行者提供了非常多的，非常实用的东西，像什么棉签啊，口罩啊，地图啊，卸粧棉啊，润肤露啊。考虑的非常细心。 衞生：乾净整洁。 环境：非常清爽，厕所乾净。顶楼那个餐厅可以俯瞰半个泉州。 服务：服务耐心周到，热情。印象深刻。

  不愧是国际品牌酒店，表面看中规中矩，细节服务很贴心，大厅有咖啡，茶水，冰激凌等自助选择，还有一些可供自取的一次性洗护用品（防晒霜，护手霜，蒸汽眼罩，漱口水等），洗漱间提供有卸粧油，洗面奶爽肤水，还为女士提供了盘发夹等，很贴心

  这家酒店距离泉州古城非常近，店内大堂挑高，视野开阔，有百宝堂，日常生活使用的各项东西都很齐全，都可以请前台协助帮忙。尤其是酒店周边的旅游和餐饮介绍非常详尽，包括交通提示。都有各种相应的提示卡。酒店房间乾净整洁。早餐也非常丰富。服务人员打扫后发现我没有带鼠标垫，还特意赠送了一个。前台非常热情，有什么问题都积极回覆和解决。非常满意，推荐入住。
