  衞生服务都很完美，晚上还会送免费的花生汤和牛奶，就是酒店设施太过于陈旧，应该重新装潢了，地理位置很方便

  非常满意的一次入住，酒店人员每位都非常热情好客，有问必答。遇到个小问题，大堂吕经理立即主动帮我们解决，及时高效，真心感谢。酒店地理位置优越，出行方便购物便捷周边美食非常多，景点集中,是泉州首选。一家老老少少都喜欢，下次来泉州还住泉州酒店。

  这次来泉州住在泉州酒店，虽然酒店设施没那么新，但是服务衞生做的特别好，我很少写点评，这次例外，从我下榻酒店那一刻起，总枱的小姑凉非常详细的给我和我爱人耐心的讲解，本来入住三天的，因为服务很暖心，又续住一天，我无意説床太软了，总枱立马给我换了硬点的床垫，总枱的小刘还有服务员余惠爱，还有第一天入住的总枱的不知姓名的小姑凉，这次旅行给我留下印象深刻的就是酒店的周到的服务，下次再来泉州，就是因为暖心的服务，还会再次入住。

  酒店的地理位置超级赞??去哪儿都很方便！特别好！ 然后酒店的服务人员也很热情，对小朋友特别友好，其中郑惠川和李巧云两位在我们入住的这几天服务都特别棒！ 后面我们衣服落在酒店，前台人员黄佩也给我们电话联系帮我们邮递，特别友好。

  地段一流，在古城的心脏地带，去哪里都方便，开元寺更是步行可至。 床单、毛巾、地毯乾净。工作人员服务很好，前台迎宾会主动问好，热情交流。晚上还会主动送来宵夜（花生汤）有求必应。 房间窗户可打开20公分宽，方便通风换气。 硬伤是房间的空调不能单独控制，全屋同时供暖又闷又热，只能请工作人员送来风扇吹风。建议此项可改进。
