除了旧有老房子的味道外其他还好。交通便利，离丰泽广场和中山路挺近，对面是东湖公园，环境不错挺安静。早餐有面线糊，建议料放丰盛些，加点醋肉什么的。服务有待加强，房间没有小瓶矿泉水，问前台说只有1.5L的，卫生间打扫的也不是很干净，有味道。

老酒店了，总体还是不错的，环境不错，靠近东湖公园和丰泽广场、侨乡体育馆，各方面都很方便，早餐也还可以，交通比较方便，

整体感觉是空间足够大，吃也很方便，便宜（楼下有素食自助才20元）。不足之处是房间设施较陈旧，无纱窗，大冬天的居然点着液体蚊香液不超咬了。
