早上走的时候忘记拿车钥匙了，到前台说不知道，叫我自己到房间找，在房间找了好久没找到，我再打电话问前台她说她问问打扫卫生的阿姨，一会说在八楼阿姨那里自己去阿姨那里拿，我坐电梯到八楼但是到八楼的时候电梯坏了，在里面安报警没人管，又打电话给朋友叫朋友去前台说，后面弄了差不多一个小时左右才把我从电梯里弄出来，后面到前台还没有还没有把钥匙拿下来，服务员还拉着个脸，不知道怎么招惹她了，不知道怎么评到三星级的。
