空调坏了，房间温度显示29.5。前台态度很不好，表示没房间可换，没办法解决。后来换了旁边一间，条件完全一样，加了40元。要不是带着孩子，一定会换酒店。

非常糟糕 空调坏不说 连风扇都没有 临街一侧又非常吵 隔音效果很差 楼下KTV到半夜四点还鬼哭狼嚎 总之 是我住过最惨的酒店
