首先态度就特别差，尤其男服务员，全程不带笑脸？好像我们欠了你几百万？服务行业做到这样也是6，态度很重要。其二：退房时充电器落在房间了，当天打电话问男服务员说帮我问一下，结果就在对讲机里面问楼层大姐某某房间今天打扫有没有捡到充电器，楼层大姐说不清楚让男服务员群里问一些（她们自己的微信群），结果男服务员回我让我明天自己在打电话问一下？明明有微信群可以问偏偏还要我自己隔天在打电话问？？敷衍了事。要看人家脸色，人家乐意呢就帮你问一下，不乐意随便找借口搪塞你咯，既然这样那我隔天自己问咯，因为很明确和肯定在房间里，所以当时并不急，也不担心，结果隔天打电话还跟我说没有？不然充电器自个儿长腿了吗？还能不见？因为是原装的所以真的不舍得就这么丢了，结果这酒店什么破玩意儿？垃圾

有停车位，不能加床，我订的房间就没有桌子能放东西。隔音不好，KTV的声音半夜都嘹亮。早餐就是稀饭咸菜，鸡蛋馒头，凑合着吃。

酒店内环境不太好,比较杂乱.电话预定时告知可以大床房,没想到携程帮忙订的是情侣房.以后预定时一定要强调一下
