十一旅游旺季要用信用卡担保，本来已经担保过了，可是酒店不知为什么还把我订单取消了，沟通了半天最后确定留房，酒店人员素质真的够低！结果到了酒店一家人都傻眼了！简直是各种脏乱差，跟80年底街边的小旅店没什么区别！热水不热，电话坏的，卫生间的门坏的，被褥也不知道多少年没换过了，毛巾浴巾本来是白的已经快变成灰色的了！话说长这么大从来没住过这么差的酒店！而且居然还恬不知耻的要288元一间！真是太失望了，可是已经用信用卡担保过了退也不能退换也不能换！我一直信赖的艺龙居然会跟这种垃圾酒店合作，你们到底有没有考察过啊？艺龙，你可长点心吧！以后再这样，看谁还会信任你！一次非常糟糕的体验！

三床套房蛮适合家庭出行。卫生间异味大。早餐不错。一件物品遗失在酒店，说寄还，20多天过去了，没有音信。
