四月份定的，然后五一入住，一去就告诉我们涨钱了让我们多拿钱，房间和实物差别特别大，一去房间就没电，电水壶也不行，房间里的设施特别旧，都生锈了，一点没有大酒店的感觉，服务态度也不行。

看到评价不错就定了房间，因为正好赶上温比亚来袭，房间返潮，没有一次性的拖鞋，是公用拖鞋，散发着一股不好闻的气味，刚到曲阜，有些不舒服睡了一觉后，索性傍晚退了房间，客服人员还不错，因为自己一人，客服人员还关心问这么晚了我一人的安全问题，为客人人员点个赞吧。

第一次入住，房间配套设施完整，吹风机需要前台要。环境优美，还有麻将桌。都是地毯，软绵绵的给你忙碌的一天增加舒服感。而且这里的人都很热情，需要的东西都能帮忙找到，太感谢了。点了两个菜，也挺好吃的。这次酒店体验挺满意的。
