谢谢前台小王的热情服务，给我们免费升级了房间，宝宝可以睡大床，安心睡觉了。酒店应该开了几年，属于老式装修，但是地理位置很方便，曲阜本身就是一个小城市

酒店位置优越，由于火车晚上11点才到，而预订时房间只能保留到18:00,打电话给前台，尽管房间非常紧张，在问清情况后，前台还是非常人性化的答应把房子留给我，感动！更意外的是，两间房全部被升级成套房
