需要预定这家酒店的网友请谨慎下单。我是家庭出游，预定了三个房间，到店拿房，前台服务员爱理不理的态度，给了的三个房间分布在三个角落，其中一个房间空调不给力，换了一个大床房，服务员相当不情愿。第二天退房结账时却被告知有两个房间有消费，一个房间两瓶水，另一个房间剃须刀和小方巾，可是亲，我们一点也没有消费呀，当我们回上去当面查房时，又被告知矿泉水在的，没有消费，剃须刀和小方巾找不到，我们要求当面清点我们的行李，他们又不敢，后面查监控，请示领导，来回折腾了一个多小时，最后还是在我们的再三要求下，其中一个领班说她做主把多收的钱退给我，意思是说事情是没有清楚，只是因为我们的再三要求，把钱退给我们的，连个道歉也没有，亲，我们出来旅游的，起个大早，你浪费我一个多小时，最后连个说法都没有，也没有道歉，你把我们当什么了，在我们再三要求说法都没有的情况下，我们结账离开了酒店。所以要预定这家酒店的网友，请不要定这家酒店，以免预定和我一样的遭遇。

这个价位，整体设施已经出乎意料了。不错，还是很干净整洁的。尤其厕所比较大！淋浴房超大型。而且紧邻根宫佛国，非常方便！
