空调只能制热，房间走廊灯坏 热水壶不能加热 网速慢，还突然掉线就再也连不上 问了服务员，答要等工程上班才能修，热水壶也不能换个正常的，气愤，连瓶装水都没，到店比较晚了，为了不影响第二天的行程，才勉强没计较就睡了。服务员好像什么都不知道一样。一个晚上连开水都喝不到，我就不行没有替换的电水壶，酒店什么时候给我一个交代。打了携程电话，到现在还没回复。突然想起几年前也住过这家店，以前还是不错的。现在听说换了老板，就变得这样不堪了。不推荐大家去住
