这酒店不用多说了，和朋友摩旅来孔庙，携程订的房间，非常满意，早餐丰富。订了三个房间，结果给了两个河景房，太满意了。下次带家人来，必须选这里入住。

酒店插座设计的不合理，充电不方便。早餐不错，床垫太硬了，睡着不舒服。与服务比起来，前面的都不是事，服务员可能没经过上岗培训，不知道处理事情的程序，无线上网的提示很不明显，电话打总台3次没掌握客人需要解决什么问题，也不主动询问客人需要，客人没事会一直打电话吗？再说退房的时候了，也不上网确认一下携程消息就直接说不能开发票，后来在联系是酒店开发票之后，也不和客人确认一下发票金额就去开，结果金额又不对，耽误了客人很长时间，完了也不道歉。无语了，按这种服务真的一分都不想给

非常满意，房间挺大的，订得大床房，一个人住简直有点奢侈，卫生很好。服务员态度很热情。就是周边环境不是很理想。
是挂牌四星级，设施虽然有些陈旧，但卫生状况还令人满意。特别是早餐自助餐，很丰富，品种比较齐全。
酒店离高速5公里，适合自驾游。下次路过再来！
