还好吧，我订酒店时直接订的双标，到了之后告诉我没有暖气，跟前台交涉，没用，前台找个人来没用，经理来没用，直接摆个脸给我，告诉我加钱才能住上有暖气的房间，要知道那是十二月份的西藏啊！他们没有解释就告诉我他们就那么规定的，直到我们声音大了引来了一位大姐，名片上写是销售经理，看了我的订单发现确实是他们没有标注，这才免费给我升房，之前的几个人全然不去了解是否是自己的错误而只知道让顾客加价，西藏最不缺的就是酒店好吧，真是服了。还是那位大姐说话爽快
