房间、厕所因下水道气味上翻，太臭太臭；电吹风坏的，10个电话才有人说答理，拿来了一个又坏的，头冷得都感冒了；在其楼下买了个吉利剃须刀，又是假的！

酒店服务很好。顿珠先生格外细心、周到。
自助早餐非常好，选择繁多，味道可口。
酒店自己就有停车场。位置也更好，周围吃东西的地方很多。交通也方便，到扎什伦布寺走路就能到。
设施稍旧，不过总体来说很不错。

是日喀则比较老的一家四星酒店，很有藏式的风格，附近的餐馆也很多，吃饭什么的都很方便，因为要早起赶路，没有吃到早餐，有点可惜，性价比高。

免费矿泉水都不送一瓶，服务超差，上次去住没热水，大清早的服务员在门口又唱又。开门劝住毫无意义。这次去我订两间房。莫名其妙给我来电话说只能住一间。因为第二间房太便宜，不给住。为了搪塞我，说是客房满了。你若满了就别挂网上好吧。还有既然是满了为何第一次给我来电说是价格问题呢？做生意太不诚信了吧。达热瓦作为日喀则老牌酒店，要不是因为你们老板跟政界关系好，照你们这样做生意。还是赶紧关门大吉吧！！！不要脸的商家，还有携程也是。完全没法保证客人的权益。垃圾平台。。。。
